I really dig the Keystones.
Anyone know this car's history ? Just curious.

"Kahl Custom"---- Back around 1974-'75 there was a guy naamed Henry Kahl, I think the spelling was the same, that worked in Elmont N.Y. for a place called "Corvette City" . He & another guy built cars & did airbrush work for us locals. Henry had a SW that was done by "Greg of Akron", the painter of Bobby Yowell's cars. When I lived back there, his car was sponsored by "Dr. Pepper" the soda co. & IIRC, had a destroked 396 Hemi & 4-spd. The car was real nice but had a much simpler paint scheme. My guess is if it's the same guy he re-did or had Greg re-do his car after I moved from the area. The clues that tell me this is the front license plate (same as when I saw the car, the spelling & the Dr. Pepper decal placement was the same as was the scoop.

Is the car still around?

Rumor has it maybe sitting behind the "hog pen"
