CRT. Have them build it, you won't save much building it yourself, and CRT gives you a free trans freshen up. I built my trans pretty much like the Pro Trans II Reverse manual shift, with additional options like the Thick lug pump, ultra sprag, and billet front servo. By the time I paid for all the additional parts and shipping, it cost almost the same.
