This is incorrect. the weight of the vehicle forces the axles out. Its a glorified front wheel bearing setup.
The pipe deal is fine.



You might want to take another look at the design of Mopar axle bearings before posting that comment...

I stand corrected my apologies. But with the pipe in there I can't see it damaging anything, the bearing can only go in so far....?
As far as mopar bearings, I was thinking about the grand cherokees.
