Thanks, guys. Need to stay in about the $7,000 range, want to keep the whole project local if at all possible. I am going to strongly encourage that the motor be dynoed, preferably by the shop that puts it together.
After looking up Edelbrocks offerings, their RPM package looks pretty good. Performer RPM heads, RPM air gap intake, Edelbrock 800 carb to top it off. RPM cam specs are 234/244/112 duration, .520 intake lift, .544 exhaust lift.
Any input on this package, or others, appreciated.
