I guess I am the only one to have any negative results from FHO.
I have read a lot of positive responses about FHO here, and so I bought my World alum. Hemi block from Tim. I also paid for complete prep and cleaning for assembly. I bought the pistons (CP) from Tim and Stage V heads (bare).

What I received was a block that needed lifter bores honed, ( was part of what I paid for) align honing, and more. Also did not receive the billet rear main seal retainer, or the oil restrictors for the World block. In fact the block had metal shavings on it an when it arrived. The lifters would not even fit in the bores, and I had specified which lifters I would use.
I have had good responses from Tim with my questions answered, and if I had FHO build the engine, these problems would have been caught at their expense not mine.
Go ahead and flame me now.
