I have a LOCK-UP 727 from a '78 400. Can this case be used with NON-LOCKUP internals (from a '74 318 truck 727) for a race transmission, behind a 440? What parts are interchangeable from lock up to non lockup?
I have a TA manual valve body and a TA converter, what else is needed? Also have many kick down lever ratios to choose from.
