Must of been quite a huge "batch"......I've been tossing those Eddies since the mid 90's to present off customers, and friends cars,......while the old Carter AFB/AVS were great carbs, the Eddy can't compare, from casting flash floating around in the carbs, to just poor castings, poor machining, assembly, etc,....the Eddys are just pure headaches for reliability,....performance wise they just don't compare to a Holley,.. I've reworked/machined a few Eddys, the amount of work needed to bring them up to a box stock Holley isn't worth it IMHO..
