It was great to get the car out for the first time this year and meet up with friends Had an interesting weekend hanging with Walt, Chad and Bill and each one of us having some issues with the cars but with no T&T prior to this race it runed into a T&T at a race. My issue is a fuel regulator started acting up on the car and losing pressure. Got into the Hemi/Max Wedge gamblers Saturday night and during the 2nd round the reg messed up again and the car fell off bad but the car I was against went red. Had a thrash in the pits as we were trying to find out what was wrong with it to try and make the next round. Walt took off on the 4 wheeler and soon came back with an old Mallory from the Spring family (Thanks!!!) and thanks to Walt, Bill and Chad to help get me to the next round while the announcer was calling my name and said get up or I was out. Got there just in time and won 3rd round. Now to the semi finals and I was paired up against Marshall's Hemi car - great running car and awesome driver - so I knew I had to hit the tree and went RED .01,,,,,, so got to cash in for a few bucks for semi finals so that was good. First round of MW eliminations on Sunday right after I staged I placed my order at the drive through and by the time they brought me my order the race was over All in all a great time for sure.

As Russ stated before,,it was an interesting and thrash filled weekend, finally got the car running correctly on Sunday morning and the time trial netted a 10.23@129.( the air was terrible ), so I dialed it 10.23 thinking it was never going to pick up later on as the air got hotter,, went up against John Vesley in his absolutly beeeeutiful black 69 dart, he was dialed 9.40....long story short I had a .028 lite to his .025,,he ran right on with a "0" and I picked up and went 10.19,,,oh well thats the way it go's ,,besides I was ready to go home.

Frazee was driving his you-know-what off Saturday! Sunday, though, Pozest paid him back in the first round of Pro, and Jenni sent him packing after the buy-backs.

Hey Vern, I was there when all the negotiating was going on, you should be very proud of Jenni, she was the only one of the 4 who said "Let's race for it".

What's up with all these women hammering us guys any more, they were down to about 12 cars in Pro and I see Jenni, Tammy G., Kim K., and Smokeyburnout all lined up!

Thanks. She definately had me beat no doubt. Just needed to use that other pedal in the car. overall great weekend for her though.

It was for sure a great weekend of racing. We thought we had our trans leak issue fixed but it reared it's head up again and started leaking on us as Casey was driving great in the no-box and the Hemi-Wedge races. Unfortunatly it sidelined us, but we still had a fun weekend. Congrats to all the winners. Can't wait for Pittsburg. poppaj

Jenni is hardcore! Heck I even got Scotty Richardson to do some "creative financing" once.

It sounds like a great time was had by all. I wish I could have made it. I will see you all in Pittsburgh for the Curt Memorial race.

Vern sounds like Jenny was on kill again. Great job.
