Deluxe had ornaments in the seat inserts. Base had no ornamentation. black seats in the OP are '69 Belvedere or Roadrunner. OR base Coronet. In '68 I often rode around in a new '68 Coronet base model coupe whose silver & black seats were like my '68 base Roadrunner. I don't recall the door panels exactly, though. The door panel photo appears to show a different base design than the Plymouth.
