Frito top fuel F Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 1,607 KYbywayof WV	The second car is a rent a ride. He takes the car to the track, you $$ and drive. The cars are owned by James Finch, a well known guy in the NASCAR ranks who owns Phoenix Racing. Roy has been in one since Indy of last year.
