ebodyseast OP mopar E Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 500 NoVa	Can someone check what casting numbers are found inside original 1970 383 2 & 4bbl distributor housings - once shaft and mounting plate are removed. Want to distinguish difference in casting numbers between a 1970 383 2bbl housing and a 383 4bbl. I'm fairly certain that 2875302/308 are the two casting numbers and need someone to verify what the 2bbl number is. Parts book shows the '70 440HP housing is identical to 383 4bbl.
