Wipers won't park on a new 2-speed motor, would this be the switch? If so, can I swap a 3-speed switch as I have an extra? Thanks!

Jules the wiperman may chime in here, but I believe the short answer is no. IIRC, two-speed wipers park via the transmission in the linkage; off position in switch makes motor run in reverse till it reaches a limit switch. Three-speed wipers park via a mechanism in the motor itself. Pretty sure wiper switches are not interchangeable.

Are you sure you have a 2 speed motor and a 2 speed switch? And did you make sure you have the bracket to the motor on the right side of motor?

they don't park... did you mean, they don't hide down the hood simply stoping lower still on glass, or simply won't turn off ? or stops on wherever place you shut off the switch ?

They stop as soon as you turn off switch no matter where they are at on the windshield.

Can't say for sure, as I don't know exactly how they work. But if the motor is new, I suspect the switch is bad. IIRC, if the switch doesn't have a good ground, this MAY cause the symptom you are experiencing. The switch you are using IS installed in the dash now, isn't it? And the dash does have a good ground to the car? That's as far as my thinking takes me. Not home now, so I can't reference the FSM. Sorry.

blue wire it motor is KEEPS HOT when you turning off the switch. That makes to reverse the motor to get the cancellation cam cutting the power to armature inside the motor, BUT WIRE STILL REMAINS HOT.

Check if that wire is being powered when turning off.

I'll try to find a guide to test of this system anyway, I know there is someone around

The first thing I would try is test the for continuity on the blue wire between the switch and motor.

Two and thee speed wiper switches are not interchangeable. Two speed setups use resistance at the motor, which is the ballast resistor, and no resistance in the switch. Three speed setups have no resistance at the motor and resistance is at the switch.
