Is this intake manifold and carb combination stock for a 1970 hemi? Where do you find air cleaners for this?

I agree from that pic they look like 66-67 carbs. If I see the pic correct, looks like the idle air adjustment valve is in the center of the carb. The valve covers are pre 70's as well.
This is a 67 engine.

The front carb has the Air Bypass screw. It's the large brass hex-headed screw at the lower front of the carb, between the two idle mixture screws. It's used to set the idle speed. Although it can't be seen, there shouldn't be an idle speed screw on the side linkage.
I think the OP is only looking for stock appearing, not OEM, as the car has an aluminum radiator, aluminum MC, hyd clutch, and heater removed. And no, I'm not knocking the car, looks like a clean ride.
I don't know a source for the 2x4 oval air cleaners. There are repops of the earlier chrome domes.

Hey guys, thanks for your responses. I should have elaborated a bit more. The car is a 70 Charger, but it's not an original engine. It's a 66 block, with I believe 68 heads.
The problem I'm having is that nobody remakes the 1970 air cleaner except for aftermarket Edelbrock intake/carbs, and I can't drive the damn thing without one. Everything else is done, and I'm just cleaning up the final "punch list" before I get the car back on the road.
However, if the carbs were to, say, fit an earlier-than-70 chrome dome air cleaner, I could just throw that on to get it on the road (they repop those, right?) and worry about finding a 1970 style later. Right?
Are there other alternatives? At this point, I'm not worried about making it look stock today, I just want to get it on the road.

What he said and Ben Snobar repops the 69-71 air cleaner, though it may be a 70-71 it will work for a 69.
