I'm changing my rubber K-frame mounts this morning to the Prothane ones does anybody have any tips or tricks to help this job go smooth ?

Make sure you reinstall any k frame shims in their correct placement during reassembly...Light coat of oil/antiseize on the bolts...Get them all started then draw them up evenly making sure the frame is sitting correctly...Remember the torsion bar seals are different 73 up if replacing them...Did you get the urethane crossmember pieces ????

They're pretty easy to do. You will have to loosen the torsion bar crossmember to get the k-frame to come down far enough to get the old bushings out. Put anti-seize or poly lube everywhere, the zinc coating on the replacement washers and stuff does not hold up over time.

mostly sure will need to loose partially ( 4 5/8" bolts ) the UCA plate to get more room
