I need a set of lifters for a 408 stroker that I am assemblying. The cam is a Racer Brown 238/238 @ .050 with out of the box Edelbrock Heads and springs.
I see Comp Cams makes a High Energy and a Pro Magnum any thoughts on which ones I need. Are there any other brands that may be better?
Thanks, Scott

Thank you. I am sticking with the Hydrauics for this build. Scott

Just to close this out, the shop that sold me the stroker kit and comp cams both recommended the high energy litters for my build.
