I want to see some pics of their coatings after use.

The high luster silver says 1600* I just would like to see some headers that have been heat cycled many times.

I know they do beautiful work

Always the same story a few day late...

I'll do that

I'm sure your turbo has seen more heat than a NA header ever will.

Jesse, just send it to them. There was a guy on here, MMissle, he uses them.

If it was not top notch, bullet proof stuff he would not touch it nor run it on the side of his cars.

We burnt a ton of oil on the header, 000 steel wool and brake clean and they look like new. It was amazing..

The only pics I have of some of the stuff they did is too big and here at work I can change the size.

i agree the dragster headers got kinda dull after a couple years. took some aluminum polish to them, look like new again. easy to keep nice, qc rocks, and cheeper than nitroplate

I have not installed this yet but I just got my header back for my Jeep. I sent it to Bill at QC coatings. very reaonable priced and Bill is a very likeable guy. I think it looks great.

What's the basic cost for the high luster for two headers, L/R?

Have a source in L.A. for around $250 with inside thermal barrier.

Steve,
Can you borrow a boroscope and see how far into the tubes they got the stuff to stick? Concept makes sense but in practice it seems very difficult.

No boroscope. But it's pretty common deal for inside coating.
