What info can I get from these # off the motor and Tranny Motor 340 "2780930 340 Right side bottom of block 2b186378 Front #1 cyc head 0r271502 Tranny 904 with lock up Tranny Rights side bottom AR167703 Left side under Netural safty 4130956763 2940 On the top 623 and 962-3 Thanks

Transmission #4130956 is a 904 from an '80 F, M, or J body with a 318 and 2.20 axle ratio.

Just to answer Johnrr question.
I purchesed the combo from a friend who, got it from a friend.........
Not sure what it came out of, any more just that it has been stored in a barn for quite a while.
The block is a mix of many things now. "Z" and "O" heads, edelbrock 318 intake, holly 4150 carb, miss matched oil pan. Not sure yet what the the cam or pistons are. Going to be a little while before I get around to rebuilding the motor.
