I should have my 408 complete by next week. The car wont be ready for paint until late summer at the earliest.
Does anyone know of a decent shop in NJ, or the metro NY with an engine dyno that can break in the cam and then dyno test it? I thinking that this is a good option rather than letting the engine sit for so long.

Personally, I would wait until the car was closer to being finished to dyno the engine. Invariably, you run into issues with the body and paint that can drag on for years. It's generally good practice to have the motor ready shortly before installation.
I don't own a dyno(for now, at least), but work closely with a local shop that I dyno my builds on. It's a well working SF902 that is the standard of the industry. He might not accomodate you if you call directly, but I can help you out and try to set it up for you if you want. Drop me a PM if interested.

Thanks Mike, That is the problem with these projects where to begin and what order to do things in. This project os a 56 Dodge and need to set up the Powertrain (magnum 6 speed, 8 3/4 rear) set the drivetrain angles etc) and I want the Powertrain in when it's painted. It will sit for a while that os why I want it broken in and dynoed now. This way when I fire it up in the car it will be ready to go, I'd rather have it sit after it's been running than freshly built. I will pm you.
