anyone out there every used or put in a rack and pinion stearing conversion on their B-body? how easy it is and how does it handle? thanks

Gen I 2wd Dakotas had rack & pinion steering. My '90 Dakota did. The Dakota K frame may be close enough in size and design that it could be altered to fit a B body?
