I'm thinking about buying a new dana 60 for my 69 charger with a 472 hemi. What are the pros/cons of strange and moser. I have wheel vintiques 15x10 magnum 500's and a scarebird rear disc kit. Would I have any fitting problems with the wheels/brakes and a reproduction rear end? Are there any visual differences between the new castings and the original dana 60s?

I have Strange S-60 in my Dart, they're great people to deal with. If you get Mopar ends and axle stand out your brakes should fit fine. Mine has snubber mounts cast into it also. Moser makes nice stuff too, I've never heard anything bad about them.

Neither casting looks like an original, passenger car unit.

I like the S-60 version because it has threaded carrier adjusters.

What are the visual differences between a moser 60 unit and a original 69 passenger car dana 60. They look very similiar in these photos. The strange 60 looks like a modern casting in comparison.
