Can some of you guys post of pics of your BB Fab Valve Covers with the stock A-Body Master Cylinder. I'm curious as to how much clearance I would have if I invested in some. Thanks!

I didn't have any problems with the 440Source covers on my DartSport.

I don't have any pictures, but if you are running a solid cam, I would suggest using an off-set mount on the master cylinder to make it a little easier to remove, & re-install them.

No pics, but I use the Moroso aluminum covers with the late model Mopar M/Cyl,and I can take the cover off easily.

By the way, we have 1972 Plymouth Duster. Just upgraded to EZ heads as well. Should be track ready in two weeks. Will have initial start up video as well. I've got my eye on those KMJ Performance Valve Covers( http://www.kmjent.com/cart/product.php?productid=526&cat=10&bestseller=Y ). Just hate that no one places the breathers up front on both sides but I like the longer bolts. I'm really worried about the breathers more than anything.

Those KMJ covers are on ebay for $89 shipped.
As far as the master cylinder I used a 4 wheel disc brake unit from a '95 Mustang - 1 1/16" bore. It works out good for use with fenderwell headers as the lines go to the inside and keep them off the top of the headers. I mounted it on the top two holes, which helps with the valve cover clearance. I had to clearance the hole in the firewall just a tad and drill a new hole in the pedal for the pushrod (which also increased the leverage), but overall it works very well. I covered the open hole in the firewall with a piece of aluminum that I just carried upward and used as a heat shield.

Where can you get the off set mounts from?
Mancini has been selling offset MC adapters for a long time. Mopar Performance has offset mounts for the old cast iron master cylinders, Mancini also has them for the modern aluminum master cylinders.

It was tight but no problem with a 1/4" drive ratchet and short extension. No leaks, I liked those covers alot. My purple Dart looks just like ARI440's photo, very tight with the Indy valve covers.
