7/16 header bolt Do you mean 3/8x 1" If so ARP has them under small block chevy 400-1111 or 400-1112 depending if you want 12 point or 6.

I think the stock SB iron heads(pre magnum) use 5/16, I don't know about any of the after market heads. The BB and 426 St Hemi use 3/8 I'm probally wrong on the SB
