I'm adding a right hand passenger side outside mirror to my 71' CUDA. I almost backed into my kids bike Saturday. I have the correct mirror and nut inserts.Does anybody know what the correct location is? I think it could be different then the Drivers side I can't remember. A diagram, measurement or even a good picture of a factory installed mirror would be great . thanks.

I've been wanting to see good measurements of this for some time, but all I can ever get is people telling me to make it look like the drivers side.

My car is a 70 Challenger if that makes a difference.

I know, I think that's wrong though . I think I remember them being located differently.

Both the left and right are located at the same distance (on my '73 anyway)

I know the front screw goes right behind the window channel slide. Just as the drivers side.
