Can someone post what distinquishes an e-body 1971 440 Six Pack setup from a 1970?

Most hardware is the same including.... intake & air cleaners, linkage etc......carbs have different part numbers and slightly different tuning. Distributors have different part numbers as well....may be a bit more to it than that...but in general they are very close to the same set up. Hopefully someone else will chime in with more detail.

1971 carbs had evaporative emission provisions. Compression ratio was lowered slightly. I'm pretty sure the cam timing events were never changed for the six pack cams. I'm pretty sure hp dropped to rated 385hp as well.
