If they are still on them
The turn signal lever is different between the 2 and E-bodies have a much taller 'can' on the top with 3 studs on top where the steering wheel is attached.

I have one of each at the shop I can take side by side pics if needed, both of the ones I have are 1970 columns

Are B body and E body steering columns the same for 1970?

If not, how can you tell them apart?

WOW! I thought by the way you talked in the other Hemi Runner post that you actually KNEW these cars! You know the comment.... like none of us had ever even seen the bottom of a hemi car.

I was kinda thinking the same thing because of the VAST difference in these columns, but then I've had "dumb days" too

Alan, You've helped us on a lot of details that I haven't been able to keep straight and I appreciate it. I'm pretty good on the big things but feel free to offer help any time.

As for hemi70se, I had to look back at the post to see who you are. If you'll do the same, you'll see that my negative comments weren't directed at you. Although I did notice that you responded to them as though they were, you agreed with my position that hemi special items were not "hit and miss".

With your background, I'm kind of surprised you would take my comments personally. I'm also surprised that EV2whoever didn't ask to see your unit.

PS. I usually don't get into these postings that much but that was the week we were iced-in for six days straight.

I didn't feel that your negative comments were directed at me, so I didn't take them personally. It's just that on the other posting you implied that you knew these cars and had intricate knowledge of them. With a post like this one shows me the depth of your Mopar knowledge that's all. carry on.

As I stated above, I'm much better on the big things. If I had taken a look at our cache of steering columns before I posted, I would have seen the difference.

We're all just here for fun so, by all means, enjoy yourself.
