Do you mean pinion offset? The pinion is offset to the right 1 3/16".

I want to order rear disc brakes from wilwood and they asked if the axle offset was 2.36 or 2.50??? I was told you measure from the retainer face to the axle face where the tire mounts,But car is in storage with no access to it. I was wandering if i could find that out here??? Thanks Swifter

you want the brake offset measurment..

A-body only axles have the small brake offset for the 1 3/4" brakes/backing plate

B-body axles have the large brake offset for the larger brakes/backing plates

what size brake on it now?

do the disc brakes work with green bearings? what kit? (doctor diff sell a nice package )

I dont recall the measurement for the offset right off

i can check my spare axles later though

Right now I have Drum on the rear,I'm changing axles and what to up-grade to disc on the rear and wilwood needs the axle offset so I can order the kit--Steve
