I couldn't agree more.
At National events, I watch Stock, SS and Comp, the rest of the show is filler for when I wander around in the pits.

lFrom the looks of the hoods must be a couple of 64s in the back ground. After looking closer it appears the are 65s but only the 64 had lift off hood from the factory.

Brother just got a 66 Satellite, and wants an RO scoop..tells me VFN offers 3" and 5". I'm trying to convince him to just go 3 like stock, but does anyone have a pic of the 5" on a car???

I know this is not the scope of the original post, but WTH..needed a bump anyway!!

Do you know who owns it now? Don sold it to Weldon Christian. Weldon and Steve Christian were good friends of mine, someone has posted photos of the car when they owned it earlier. I think Weldon sold it to Jim Hale. Lost track of it after that.

The "somebody" mentioned above was 1964SuperStock and myself. Here is one I don't think has been ever posted before of Steve with the car in front of his Dad's house. Not sure what year, late 60's some time.

Does anyone know where Don's "pre-Cable" A/S '66 Belvedere I is?

I know of a red/red 4spd Bel I that sold new in KC,KS. It was raced and still has a AHRA sticker on the drivers vent window. Description and general area fits, just wondering if it may have been Don's car.
