I've got the flanges from both jegs/summit and Indy. Got the tubes from Jegs. I run a small block mopar so I just got a weld up set of headman hustler smallblock Chevy headers. I also ordered a few extra 180's from them at the same time.

i bought the hooker header stubs & merge collectors thru summit & the U bends thru a local exhaust supplies outlet. wasn't hard to get a half decent job.

Just watch out for the aluminized tubing, you don't want that.

If you are going to go through the work of building headers, you should go stainless. Mild steel wont last (a few years) due to the heat.

Also, how much hp are you shooting for? Many tests and examples have shown shorty headers, manifolds, etc can support 1500 hp.

Headman headers has everything if your doing mild steel. Search there site and give Summit or Jegs the part numbers. They will have it drop shipped at a good price.

If your going V bands racepartsolutions.com is hard to beat. Tell Dman a redneck from Kentucky told ya

Turbos with mild steel is not a good idea. You'll be building another set a lot sooner than you like. I wouldn't do turbo headers in anything but 321 if you want them to last any length of time.
