2001 Chrysler Caravan. Wouldn't turn over someone tried to jump it before I got there. Jumper cables sparking when the tried to hook them up so they quit.

Battery is fine. Cleaned the terminals on battery now all of the electrical stuff is back (light and gauges). Car won't turn over with the key. Jumping the starter and solenoid straight from the battery it turns over but won't start. Shot a little ether down the air box and it tries to hit on it.

No start and it appears it is not getting fuel. I want to think the are connected problems switch seems to be fine. Swapped around the relays in the fuse box. can hear on click when I turn the key.

Add no spark to the list. Spare plug on plug wire gets nothing. Misting gas down throttle body gets nothing. ether it doesn't seem to like make some noise like it is dieseling.

Miss the one relay clicking under the hood I'm getting nothing. No fuel, no spark, and no starter.

Turn the switch to the on position all of the gauges come on and the dash lights light up. Turn to start hear on relay click and radio turns off everything else stays on.

below the battery is a junction box where the harness plugs into...check those connections and wires

check all the fuses , sounds like some are blown,fuel pump fuse for one,ingnition also

send cash or 70-71 cuda parts....

For future reference, ether and gas have NO effect on an engine if it won't crank or spark. It will wreck an engine though...
