I really don't race .. I finally got the pics off the camera. Still waiting for the new struts. It's the nicest thing on my whole car. Thanks Bob.

Looks nice. Does that actually weigh much less? It doesn't "look" like it would save much, but looks can be decieving. What other advantages does that k-member have?

After looking at your new K member I went over to Bob's website. Didn't see another K member like yours over there. I see it still has the torsion bars so can I assume this is for street use? I really like the looks of it and would have to do one for my Dart if Bob considers this streetable. Thanks for the great pics.

Funny, I PM'd him about doing this to my duster's K and he priced me over 3K...this is what I wanted to do, plus go with a rack to get rid of the steering link so I can run a nice pan.
I was told only way to get that was his whole K member...seems there's some mis-communication maybe....

$3000 to cut and add tubing to a stock K member!!! WOW!! I was on the fence with his or Alterkation but I guess I dont need to ask for a price on a full tubular K member. Man things are out of hand these days...
That HAS TO BE a misunderstanding on pricing???

I dont think that is correct. I have his K frame, motor ears, limiter, drag link, steering link,,,installed,,,and it was nothing close to the above figure...

I "think" that quote would be for his tubular front end with rack and pinion and coil over. Definitely not the "lighten" stock K member. The mods he makes with the stock K member are great, able to remove oil pan with out jacking up the motor. Plus a big weight savings! You need to contact him and get the pricing straightened out, his work is first class.

Brian, These guys(NSS type) all still have OEM steering box.
Bob doesn't convert the factory crossmembers to use a front
mount R&P.

That's just the thing...I asked about doing this exact mod, and then I was going to add the Rack...I was told I had to buy the whole K member deal...I only wanted the tubes added like the pics above and that should make it easier to mount the rack IMO.
I asked him again but didn't seem to get through????
It was kind of a quick retort that I got and I was really surprised.
I really wanted Bob to do this for me because so many guys on here raved about his work...

Yes, but I only wanted the K member mods so I could do the R&P myself...I don't want to go to coil overs...I just wanted my K done the way the OP's was....
