I wonder if you could just cut a hole where your red circle was in the picture, then put whatever diameter pipe to run the oil line through the area and weld around it all, I don't know if that would be more of a hassle or if I even explained it enough to understand. Just trying to offer a suggestion.
If you'll study the pic above the one with the circle where I have the motor sitting on the mounts I think you'll see that my "circle" isn't quite to scale and that most of the fitting/line routing would be where the motor mount now resides.

I put one of Any F's motor plates in my ride and it cured all my clearance issues. I then took a torch to all the extra mount supports and had all the room in the world for the external oil pump & lines. Also helps strengthen the frame and with the And f plate you dont have to worry about the engine shift foreward or back its 3/8'' thick and solid. Also inspires you to lighten your kframe. I'm sure road hazzard can help with the extra w/p gaskets

Limiters are easy to make though. Took maybe a day for mine and we had to take it to a friend to get it welded because I don't have a tig and we made it in CM.

You should... a vertical plate doesnt do much for holding a fore and aft load(it still bows and if it moves enought you push the drive shaft into the trans... and you dont need that
