what do you mean?
FSM will explain the functions of the various sections of it.
As a unit, it is considered non-serviceable and is only replaced. If you are looking for an exploded view or such, good luck, you might find a cutaway drawing.

Mike: What's wrong with your proportioning valve anyway? Do you absolutely have to buy a new one? Go down to the Stockton, CA Pick-N-Pull. I just pulled the upper a arms, disc brake spindles, gravel shields, off a 73 Dart, down there today. The prop valve would be the same as yours. I left it on the car, along with all the hard lines, as i didn't need that one for my rebuilding sales. Thought i'd give you the heads up anyway. Jim V.

That would be a distribution block, not a proportioning, or combination, valve.
So, no not what he asked for.
When I convert me A bodies to disc, using factory discs here, I use the M body combination valves. There are two types for the M body, depending on if it has 10" or 11" rear drums. Get teh one that matches your rear drum size.
I prefer the 11.75" discs and 11" drums on my swaps so I use the combo valve from teh 11" rear drum M bodies, works good.

No what he asked for was a PRINT, but the link above is exactly the parts he would need if asked where to find parts. The A body up till 70 or 71 used 2 parts, the distribution and the proportioning.

And the link shows the distribution block, not the proportioning valve.

No , it also shows the combo dist/propor valve. There are 3 valves pictured, it says "and", "or". The block on the left and the valve in the middle OR the combo valve on the right depending on the year of the car one is working on.
This is their valve notes, it is not correct in my opinion .... Quote:
For use on 1967-74 A-body Mopar with either disc or drum brakes. If your Mopar had drum brakes you had the valve to the right and maybe the texas shaped rear hold off valve. Some Mopar's had the texas shaped valve and the distribution combine into one valve so your car may only have one valve or the two separate pieces, see BLK250 for the one piece valve.
Here is how I feel it should read , if I knew the exact years for the change over to the combo valve , which may have been as early as 70 , it was on E bodies, I'd write it like that but I'm sure someone will say it's wrong anyway

'71 is a confusing year for A bodies, the FSM shows a brass combo valve but the Parts Manual shows separate components. I don't think the cast iron combo valve appeared until '72.

I still have the brass combo valve from my dads 72 duster with disc brakes , he ordered the car new in late 71.
