I bought these a few yrs ago and not really sure what brand and what heads they fit. They are needle bearing type and have an offset intake.
Thinking the are Harland Sharpes and for a w-8 head??

I say they look more like a w2 w5 offset to me looks like the intake is offset and the exhaust is centered.

The shafts are not big block for sure.
Thats why I thought they were for maybe for a w-8 head because of the offset intakes. They do have the needle bearings like the Harlands.

I don't think a w8 uses a single shaft like that but I could be wrong

They don't have enough offset to be W2/5 & they are NOT W7/8/9 Those use individual paired rockers.

My best GUESS without seeing them in person, is OLD Harland Sharps for TA heads. But every Sharp I have ever seen in past 10-15 years were that dark bronze color they still use. Everything else about them suggests HS.

The offset looks like TA offset... Maybe B1-BA Brodix, they had some with a relocated pushrod hole like a TA/INDYBrock. They could have been custom made for set of B1 BA heads as well.

I hadnt thought about the TA heads or the B1-BA Brodix. I thought they didnt have enough offset for w2s.

After looking @ them some more I'd bet $ they were built for a TA or B1-BA. One or the other & I doubt they were made recently.

I assume the bolt holes in the shafts are in the center of the shaft & not offset?

harland has always machined the adjuster seat and threads after anodizing, yes? i don't think those are h.s.
