Here is a photo of Don Grotheer's last Pro Stock car. I know it isn't a Mopar but NHRA had factored the Hemi out of the class.

It's not often you can really say some investment is better than money in the bank but this time it is soo true, A Hemi Cuda with race history is much better than money in the bank.

Anyone out there know if Gary Ostrich's 70-71 Cuda SS/DA is still around today, if it is some recent shots of it would be nice.

That car was featured in one of Roland Osborne's Mopar magazines in the mid-90's (I can't remember the name, it changed every year). At the time, It was still in it's "Del Star" paint job.

You will probably have already worked out that I'm leaning more toward Pro Stock than SS/DA now but I'll stick with this same thread as it is still very relevant to my project.

I got another shipment of parts yesterday

An old Super Stock sump

a new Pro Stock style hood scoop

2 sets of S & M elephant ears, one set chrome & one set brushed alloy.

and a Trac lok for my Dana 6o (until I can afford a better one)

I managed to find a couple of old NHRA rule books on ebay, they have great info & even the photos & adverts are very helpful as I was too young to understand about such things in the early '70s
