The carpet we had for an automatic A-body still fit when we converted to a 4-speed.

When I converted my M body to 4 speed, same basic setup as your F, I reused the auto carpet no problem.

Original carpet in my Volare Wagon worked out fine.

Nobody makes 4-speed F/M body carpets.

As stated abve there's enough room for the hump to fit under the auto carpet, even with an A-body hump:
