Can anyone give me any info on this car? Like a model type? I've never messed with a Dart. What are common rust areas on these? Thanks guys

Not sure what model it may be exactly. I'd just call it a 2-door Post car. (as opposed to 2-door hardtop).

Typical rust on A-bodies is above and behind the rear wheel wells. Other than that it varies between cars.

It is a 2-door sedan, LL21 probably a slant six originally. Usual rust places are the torsion bar crossmember, rear spring hangar mounts, front floors under the air doors, rear of the fenders on top under the hood where they bolt to the inner fenders, and typical lower front and rear fenders. This one looks to be pretty decent!

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

In nice climates, it seem to rust were the drain holes get plugged from debris. Most around here are in front of the passenger side drain hole under the rocker panel under the passenger quarter window. On the passenger side first becuase of the cars being parked in the street and leaning toward the curb. Next to rust is driver side.

Also in the rear quarter around the inner quarter drain plug.

That Dart looks like the passenger front fender has been munched and some questionable repair done to it.

I know this sounds like a smartazz answer, but that model is a '68 Dart.
A '68 Dart sedan's model designation is Dart.
The hardtops were models Dart 270, Dart GT or Dart GTS.
Up till '66, the Dart sedans were models 170 and the hardtops were 270 and GT. For some reason, Mopar dropped the 170 designation for Dart sedans in '67.

Thank you so much guys. I expect to have to do quite a bit of body work, as the sellers asking price reflects it. Hopefully I'll get to see it in person here in the next few days. Its a Texas car so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
