So, the sleeves will get a good home, then, and some of the home-made studs will be replaced with good ones!!!

Oyvind,
Sorry I didn't have a full set of head studs, but you always want your studs to be nice and straight, and unfortunately 3 of them stayed in the head when the rod left the building...

This was taken about 2 seconds before she let go, and for the first time I started giving serious thoughts as to the merits of a dry sump system....
