Todd, EFI would be the way to go. If not, The air bleeds woudl have to be closed up a bit. Does it have a power valve? If so, it would have to come in at a lower signal.
Hope this helps

Actually one of the problems seems to be boiling the Trans fluid. I sent him a Dynamic 9.5 that I have used a ton and it boils the fluid in around town driving WITH a big cooler. With a 12 inch converter and a 572 hemi it seems to run around 185. But who wants to run a 2400 stall with a 572 hemi??? Todd
Thats odd...I have a hard time boiling potatoes at my cabin at 8500 ft...water takes up to 30 minutes to boil up there....LOL

With less atmospheric pressure water boils easier at a lower temp. Maybe your fire doesnt have enough oxygen to create enough heat/btu,s,
High atmosphere = way less fuel.
Small airplanes have a lean out valve you adjust the higher it climbs. Kind of like a choke cable thingy but instead of choking air your choking fuel. mike

Todd, I dont know whats happening with your tranny fluid. I doubt its boiling as that would require a temp of about 800 + degrees witch by the way is its approximate auto ingnite temp. My guess is its foaming up for some reason, lack of fill maybe ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shruggy.gif) While 12000 ft. is high enough to have a effect on A/F its not that high IMO to have any major effects on the tranny or engine oil fluids. I could be wrong about that though. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/1343795-scratchchin.gif) mike
