What is the correct way to paint the rear sidemarkers on a '71 cuda with billboards? Does the whole aluminum sidemarker get painted with the tail panel paint or is it a combo of Body color/ black billboard?

I`m pretty sure mine had the word black cast right on the bezel.

They were "black" or "white" to match the BILLBOARD stripe.

Thats what I thought also. If its body color its wrong. Thats how my red 71 'cuda was and I knew it should of been black.
