We did. We modified castings slightly. We are also vacuum resin sealing the cases now just to make sure!
That is good to hear
Have you figured out a final price for these yet please ? Have you got a breakdown of costs, or an itemized list..... Thanks so much, great to see you are nearly there

Hemiken, The cost for the unit is going to be $4295.00 including shifter mechanism and linkage. I'm not sure what type of an itemized list you are looking for. Are you talking like: Main Case: $XXX.00 Cluster gear: $XXX.00 etc. ??? Jamie
Hi Jamie,
What i meant was how much for the gear box, how much for the shifter to suite the 5 speed, how much for the bell housing, how much for the clutch assembly, etc, etc. How much for a complete unit and what comes with it
Thanks mate, Kenny.

He said the price was for the transmission, shifter and linkage. If you need other parts the price will depend on what parts you choose. You can find prices on his web site. Quote:

If I understand correctly - if you already have a 4spd in the car all you would need is the trans , mechanism & shifter .
Should bolt right in . Maybe a clucth since it's apart .

Hey Drag Stripper,
You think my eyes are painted on or something mate, it is called an explanation to what he asked; I'm not sure what type of an itemized list you are looking for.
How about you stick your nose somewhere else and read before you post replies, i wasn't asking you anything. I was talking to Jamie and he cleared it up...............

Hey Ken, if you'd bothered to read the entire thread you wouldn't be asking stupid questions and being a pest. You've got a PM! Quote:

I read the lot and with extra work and fine tuning of parts - R&D, comes extra costs involved in production. Which can lead to extra cost for the consumer. Your PM was pathetic.
Sorry Jamie, back to your progress now buddy

So if I'm reading correctly you are planning to release sometime around may-June?
How long will the shift throw be? Shorter than stock I hope.
