John, There was not a price increase. Cost is set to be $4295.00 including shifter mechanism and linkage. Thanks, Jamie
Thanks for the correction on that Jamie , I didn't have the time to go back looking for it , very reasonable price for what you are offering .

Coming to a Mopar near you....The Passon 5....starring Jamie and the 5 Speeds.
Be sure to get in line early, as they are sure to sell out!

Production meeting scheduled tomorrow. If I wasn't so far into this project, I would probably bag it. Now I know why "others" have taken an existing transmission and tried to jam it into an old car instead of a whole new design. It is very hard to get things done in a timely fashion. It seems no one respects the delivery times that they set themselves. Jamie

well I for one certainly hope you do hang in there and I am sure the entire mopar enthusiasts feel the same way. I also hope everyone can grasp how huge a scope this whole deal is.

unfortunately, they don't set them for themselves, they set them for you, knowing that once you are in the process, it is too tough to back out, so they can do what they want.
then there are those who no matter how long in their business, still have no clue of how to estimate their time. they are well intentioned, just no clue how to estimate their time. it happens in all aspects of business, not just manufacturing.
hang in there, there are plenty of people waiting for this!
