How do you install the chrome trim on a headrest? do you glue it or what steps should be done, and what about the removal of the old trim. thanks

The new I got for mine had like 3m tape on them, you just pulled the paper off and stuck it on. Been done awhile now and it is still holding good. I just worked and pulled and cut the old ones off and be sure and get the headrests clean before you put the new ones on. I think I got my new ones from Dale's cuda shop. Ronnie
