I would sure look the strut rod over good. Lot easier to change now than later.
I'd be looking close at mounting points, checking for any cracks/busted welds, etc, etc.
Myself, I would go as far as to dropping the K to give it a once over, check for square, and reinforce some of the welds. (It can be done leaving the engine in place). To me, if the impact was hard enough to rip suspension parts off, something had to give somewhere else less noticeable. Plus, you'd have a chance to replace the rubber K mounts with poly or solid spacers.....

These guys covered it. With that hard of an impact look for a buckled roof and cracks where the roof and C-pillars meet. With luck, the failure of the lower ball joint kept the majority of the impact out of the chassis. I bet if you look for witness marks you'll see where the K-frame moved in the impact.

Take both side apart and make sure that the drivers side parts you are keeping are a mirror image of the passenger side. Especially that UCA mount. Don't forget to check the T-bar for bends. Check the Brake caliper mounting pins and I would replace that brake hose. I doubt the tie rods made it through unscathed but if they check out OK I suggest you check them periodically to be sure they don't have hidden defects that show up later. 6 out of 10 times I have dealt with this type of impact other components went out within 5K miles. Glad your OK. I slid sideways into a curb and thought I got away with only a drivers side LCA until I noticed a buckle in the roof line and all the spot welds along the passenger rocker were popped loose. I still drove another 200K with the shifted frame and had no problems.
