Your block may hit the sector on the rear motor mount boss, it was shaved off for the 69's. Factory used a Federal pump with a 7" pulley and a 90 degree fitting for the hose on the sector. I found one at a hydraulics company that was identical to the original. I have a guy reproducing the hose for me, but he has not come through yet, hopefully soon!
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
