It's Thanksgiving Day so I thought I'd try to get this bird mounted on the rotisserie this morning! Well, at least get it closer to being mounted. QUESTIONS: Most Rotisseries attach to the car by sliding square / rectangular steel arms into the box shape of the frame both front and back. Is this also true on a 69 b body? Here's the front of my 69 Roadrunner: ![](http://i51.tinypic.com/aw99qa.jpg) I know I need to remove the radiator support and fenders, but I'm not exactly sure how to go about this. I see the bolts that need to be removed but there's more to it than just removing bolts, at least I think so. It appears that the radiator support and fenders are either pressed or tack welded together, is this correct? Assuming I need to remove the radiator support and the fenders to mount the car on the rotisserie, what is the best way to go about removing these pieces without damaging the car? Thanks for any advice / help. -dan

Attach it to the car body using the same holes the bumper brackets mount to.
For the rear

Sorry, I didn't take any pics of my car on my rotiserie (I built mine and all the attachments myself), but
- 1) as the others have said; you do NOT remove the inner fenders/front frame rails, rad support!
- 2) use the factory bolt holes for the bumper brackets front AND rear!
Hopefully the rotiserie you bought wasn't just for chevies and it has all the pces to extend to 18' long. If you need to build adaptors to attach the arms to your car, it isn't that hard.
Good luck,
Dave

Lots of B-bodies on rotisseries on the Clark Classic link. Like mentioned by others, use the bumper mount locatiions. On the rear I use a 1/4" thick spacer plate between the mount and the car, just above the raised rib in the reinforcing plate of the rear mount location. Steve www.clarkclassic.com

Dan, here are a few photos of my Road Runner rotisserie brackets. Once you remove the front fenders, you'll see the headlight bucket area stays with them. By the way, your car looks really familiar. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif)

Wow, thank you all, those pictures are great. The pics give me confidence that I'm securing the car correctly!
So I think I have it all figured out. I made a template out of cardboard and I had a shop fab up some rear brackets so fit my rotisserie. They came out really nice, I'll post some pictures tomorrow.
