Are there any markings or numbers to identify factory drive shafts? I have a drive shaft that I hope will work in my 340 4spd 69 Dart, but don't really know how to tell without actually fitting it in the car which is apart right now.

Got Mopar???

Measure it form center of the front u joint to center of the rear joint and post the length. Some one will be able to tell you what it fits.

If it's not all rust pitted it will have a part number etched int oit , check a foot or so from a yoke end .

Is it about 52-1/2" center to center? I just had one shortened for my Dart Sport 4-spd/8.75" and had it made 49.75". Your Dart should be 3" longer in wheelbase.
