71-74 B-Body maybe
I think those would use the rear mount bosses, like the E body

I think they came that way if the car had a bench seat. i remember pulling one like that from a 73 Roadrunner that had that adapter plate on it.

Oh, and BTW, please explain as to how you came to your conclusion after you post your answers
answer; '70-'71 D100
reason; it has the '66-up slip yoke, '70-up twin shifter mounting point, shifter is too high for a '72-up D100, must be for a '70-'71 D100.
my doubts to my answer; not sure if D100s were built at St Louis? if pp is the part #, it's an early '60s trans but why the slip yoke and twin mount tailshaft?

4521 = 12/13/1973 on the 10k Day Calendar Has the long tailshaft (B/E/Truck), but the stick looks way too short for use in a pickup. Can't be from a B-series van, as none were factory floor-shifted. I will say '74 Plymouth Satellite Sundance.

I've seen B100s from the '80 with floor shited 833od's, length of that 3spd appearsthe same. OK, I'm changing my answer, it's from a '73 B100.

The shifter mounting bracket extends pretty far back. Wouldn't that be pretty awkward trying to shift gears with that in a van? It would be like reaching behind the seat to shift.

The shifters were turned around backwards on those vans.... I drove more then my fair share of them. We did grafix paint work on the price leader at Pete Ellis Dodge, van conversions, back in 83-84. WEIRD looking to say the least and awkward to drive. My Guess... Truck 70-71... Shifter placement
