I believe the same as well, 71 came standard with ECS. My early 8/13/70 built car has ECS as well. The cap in the photo appears to be too thick also. Just my opinion.

Bill, thats the cap I believe is correct and yes it is a ECS cap. Take a pic of the thickness.

Couldn't say for sure I bought an NOS one back in the day....It looks NOTHING like the one in your picture.... You'd think I would know what it looks like....I put enough darn gas in the thing.... I haven't seen the car since Moparfest, it's in storage and I never get over there
