Can anyone ID this converter? It is out of a 400BB pickup. Supposed to be hi stall. All I can make out on the sticker is "stall". Sorry about the bad pics.

Looks like the factory hi-stall I pulled out of a 76 cop car,I'm not sure if there was ever an "advertised" stall speed for it though.
