OK. I currently are running a barry grant belt drive fuel pump that is borrowed and need to return it before this coming spring. problem is barry grant can't produce a pump or bracket kit since august. they have given every excuse about why they haven't shipped them. yet they are still in business somehow. I am wondering who else would have something comparable to the 176001 pump and the 176700 bracket and pulley kit.(i like this cause it mounts to the motor plate, not off the water pump bolts) I would like to keep that setup because the car is already setup for them. Any idea's?

I have a Ron's belt drive pump & brackets on mine. I am sure they can fix you up with the correct size fuel pump & thier bracket mounts the pump to the pass. side of the engine & comes with everything you need.Rons Fuel Injection Systems 1-800-513-3835.

Had to walk out to the shop and double check. Both the brackets bolts to the timing cover the 1st right under the water pump,so you should be fine.Everything needed from brackets to the pulley on bottom come with the kit. There is not much room or many places to mount a belt drive pump. They found about the only place there was to mount one and made a kit.
PS it mounts a little lower on the block than your's, its sets down under(more out of the way)
the motor plate. I can't be sure but thier pump may mount to your brackets.
Call & speak with one of thier tech. they are very helpful and will know for sure.

There are other options, but Ron's makes pumps and bracket kits and sells individual parts.

If you have to have the pump mounted to the engine plate, that makes it easier. Just get the Ron's kit (maybe minus the one "bracket") and drill and tap your own "bracket", really a plate, and adjust the stand-off (spacers) for your needs.

I run a Ron's flying toilet and their pump and mounting kit. It uses two holes on the timing cover to mount the pump. http://www.ronsfuel.com If you need more pics, let me know. I have the engine out for the winter and can mock up any view you need on the engine stand and take a picture.

From the Ron's site, "Diagrams"; the BB Mopar pump mounting kit.
If you want to mount it to the motor plate rather than the timing cover, either make your own plate p/n 8505A, or uses theirs and your own spacers and belt length.

If you use their pump, you will need your own bypass system/regulation.

My red aeromotive seems to mount just like yours and they are as good of a mechanical pump as you will find.
